Polar OwnCode – this is a signature feature by Polar where your coded heart rate transmission will automatically lock into a code to transmit your heart rate to the training computer. This coding prevents interference from other training computers by picking up your heart rate from your transmitter alone.
Heart Rate Based Target Zones –with the right intensities, you can define your own target zones that you think is suitable for your particular training. Then your computer will automatically give a visual and audible alarm once you are out of preset zones.
Graphical Target Zone Indicator – this convenient feature graphically points out on the display about which zone you are in during a training session. This helps you stay on your desired intensity zone.
