With standby power down to 1.8 µA and wake-up in 3 µsec, MSP430F563x and
MSP430F663x series deliver memory (256 kB flash, 18 kB RAM) and display
capacity needed to enable precision measurement and connectivity in portable
measurement, home automation, and industrial applications. Included 12-bit ADC
and DAC converters provide high-resolution sensor measurements and enable
2-way, real-world interface options. Integrated 160-segment LCD controller is
also standard.
