42 Inch LCD Television System – Great Size, Terrific Value
A few months ago I purchased a LG 42 inch LCD TV (German: LCD Fernseher 42 Zoll), as a result of reading dozens and dozens of 42 inch LCD TV reviews and all I have to say, that TV is extremely impressive. The size is simply fantastic and the image resolution will not let you down, I am able to easily watch BluRay motion pictures at the maximum quality available!
The sound quality is incredible as well, I do not additionally need to plug the 42 inch LCD TV in any type of sound system to help enhance the audio, since it already can perform. Another great thing regarding this TV is that I can just simply connect my PC (desktop, laptop, Windows or Mac as long it has the right cable) via the HDMI cable and utilize my computer with that huge display screen. This is perfect for playing games, on the computer or even on a Playstation 3, Xbox 360, or a Wii, which I have one, and it does the job perfectly.
I can usually watch TV from the other side of the living room (about three or four meters) where the couch is, not harming my vision, neither my family’s vision, and I can still view perfectly fine and even read the subtitles. With the launch of the new LED LCD TVs, the normal ones are getting pretty cheap, and they’re still great, even though LED ones can be much better. They’re still much more expensive, and if you are trying to save some money, a LCD TV is a great option.
If you are trying to save even more, you can always buy a smaller LCD TV, as long as you choose the right one with a nice resolution, support for High-definition multimedia interface cables and full HD (1080p) quality, it is also really great. I deeply suggest buying a LCD TV, however just make sure you buying the right one and you have more than 1 person to carry that huge TV screen.
