Corporate News : SAMSUNG New Zealand Opens Customer Service Plaza in Auckland (Samsung)
SAMSUNG New Zealand today announced it has opened its first internal service
centre, confirming its commitment to providing the best quality and service to
Kiwi consumers.
The new service centre – called the Customer Service Plaza (CSP) – will be
equipped to repair or restore a wide range of SAMSUNG products including, MP3
players, cameras and LCD TVs to PC monitors, refrigeration, laundry and
cooking appliances. (NB. Does not do mobile)
SAMSUNG New Zealand general manager marketing Jean-Philippe Diel said having
this dedicated Customer Service Plaza in New Zealand will ensure rapid turn-
around of service and repairs on all products, resulting in the least possible
disruption to SAMSUNG customers.
“Having our own Customer Service Plaza in New Zealand will not only benefit
our valued customers but also provide support to New Zealand retailers who
sell SAMSUNG products,” Mr Diel said.
“SAMSUNG is committed to offering New Zealanders the absolute highest quality
in consumer electronics and the CSP will help enable us to meet this promise.”
